gdk_pixbuf_save_* missing from ffi

All gdk_pixbuf_save_* routines are missing from ffi.

I think it might take some time to be added. @gkoz is finalizing the gobject reform and I prefer avoiding adding new code while he's doing it. However, if you wanna add it, I'll merge it.

The gdk crate can be considered "reformed" so it's okay to add new methods and the plain save method would be relatively easy to add.
