Hello,
Are there any scripts developed to visualize Panaroo results, including a matrix plot, similar to what Roary offers?

Hi, yes these are available as a separate R package called Panstripe here

@gtonkinhill Thank you very much ! But I remarked that a newick file is required as input for the Panstripe package alongside with the Rtab package. The problem is I don't see any newick files in my output. picture attached of the output folder :
