Configurable available geometry type and upload GeoJSON in plugin settings view

Problem
There is a case which a customer needs only Point type geometry for an issue.

Improvement
So, supporting available geometry types in plugin settings view is preferable, as follows.

Issue's Available Geometry Types: [x] Point [ ] LineString [ ] Polygon

Also, in case of only point, Upload GeoJSON functionality may not be necessary, so also make it configurable.
