eclipse crashes

I installed the theme but after restarting the eclipse crashed now it always crashes with this error

as I understand it is trying to look for the plugins folder in system32 although it is located in C:\Users\user32\eclipse\java-2021-09\eclipse\plugins but why is this happening?

ah sorry I didn’t see that the last update of the repository was 9 years ago
