strange Telegram sender Behaviour

I'm experiencing a strange behaviour from the Telegram Sender module.

The Echo works perfect, but if I try to inject a message node with some random content to a telegram out, nothing happens.
I really do think I'm missing something, probably too much time I've spent away from this nodes.

any advices?
