Telegram command node deprecated?

After upgrading, I can't find the command node to receive /commands in telegram. Was it replaced by something else? i noticed there was an issue regarding that particular node but nothing indicated it would be removed or changed, as far as I could understand.

Yes, you can use the Rules node (it was deprecated long ago and finally removed)
There's a rule Is command ...
