Not getting data from private Slack channels

I'm not sure if something has changed on the slack side, but I am no longer receiving messages to the bot in private channels - and yes the bot has "groups:read" scope permissions. This has worked fine until the last day or so. Any ideas?

Looks like this was a configuration issue with socket mode. Working now.
