Thank you @guino . It's working on my phone VLC android app. However, I cannot view it my linux desktop VLC media player 3.0.12 Vetinari. Must be something with the VLC player. And also I cannot find the option for RTP over RTSP (TCP).

Anyway it's working. thank you!
