In an attempt to normalize our release process across projects and actually have a nice changelog, I have been switching everything to conventional-changelog and using one of their utilities to generate GitHub releases based on the conventional-changelog-style git messages.
I've gone ahead and rebased all of Vinyl's history at https://github.com/gulpjs/vinyl/commits/rebasing and would like some people to look it over before I re-create the tags and force push the rebase to master.
This is the last thing that needs to be done before Vinyl goes 2.0!
