Delete City Fix

Issue exists on deleting the first city only. When I delete the first city, the upcoming city changes its time and takes the time of the deleted city.
for example, if first is Toronto (11:15 PM) and second is Calcutta (8:45 AM), when i delete toronto, calcutta changes its time to 11:15 PM.
