Suggestion: Add custom text into the file?

This is a great script and I'm going to get a lot of use from it!

But I feel it could be useful to be able to add some extra text into the file before and after the part read from the window. Such as, "Now playing:" of course, for instance.

Would this be possible? I looked just in case it was already in there, but couldn't find anything which appeared to be such.
