Lots of us are starting to plot faster than we can move plots to our destination drives (using archiver)
(For example: I plot in ~6min, and archiver takes ~12min to move a plot, creating a bottleneck.)

It would be helpful to move multiple plots simultaneously (in parallel) to eliminate this bottleneck.

Examples of this being implemented are 'Plow' and 'Gigahorse plotsink'

Good suggestion! I will dig into the old plotting manager code to see what can be done.
