Ubuntu does not mount boot at /boot/firmware

The ubuntu distro mounts the first partition to /boot/firmware and not to /boot like in Rpi OS. This makes /boot not accessible and can confuse some packages such as flash-kernel. see https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/flash-kernel/+bug/1955353
