Add dockerfile and automated repo on docker hub

Currently, the only docker container available is from that guy and it is outdated:
https://github.com/ipedrazas/docker-tailon

I had to fork it and build my own repo on docker hub.

It would be cool to have an official automated build from the official repo.
Maybe you could just copy his Dockerfile...
