Auto add log files in directory

It would be great if new log files were automatically added to the list of available.

We spin up applications on a server and write all of their logs to the same place. when a new app is started, tailon has to be bounced to see the new one.

Hello @cuotos. I added some basic support for this in 73ddc6d (it's a very messy patch) - I just need to polish it a bit before releasing a new version.
