missing cuisine.sty

I'm assuming there's a canonical cuisine.sty that yinz are using, and thus I can just grab a copy and make LaTeX quit bitching at me, but perhaps one of you should include the one you're using just to make sure.

Fixxored. There's a certain amount of revision creep that happens because of this, but TeX doesn't have a package manager anyway even though it's kind of an operating system and therefore should, so we're already screwed even if we don't think we are.
