Atom Stuck Working After code is executed.

I am using it with linter and I have tried with atom ide as well, both has same issue, there is not error on chrome developer tool as well. Next message contains issue.

If action bar is set to OFF from setting of atom debug ui then everything works smoothly, else it will stuck when execution get complete, not sure if its your side issue or atom debug ui. I didn't find a good tutorial to make set debugger work with console instead of chrome extension, Could you please help?
