Doesn't save in nested folders

I've been using this extension for quite a while, and I haven't found any troubles... until today. Using it as usual, to try and save some images from Twitter, found the bug... I got the extension configured to open a dialog, but at the moment of saving the file, it won't open. This bug only happens in Chrome (i have the extension also installed in Firefox). Both browsers are up to date. Thanks for any kind of comments/solutions.

I've just uploaded 3.7.1 to the Chrome store, pending approval. Some users are having issues with 3.7, so if I can't figure it out I will try to revert it to 3.6.0. Let me know if 3.7.1 fixes this.
