Davinci Resolve on MacOSx Sonoma Unable to Locate Plugin

I followed the provided instructions and moved the plugin to /Library/OFX/Plugins (a folder I created myself). Despite multiple unsuccessful attempts, I simply cannot get Davinci Resolve to display this plugin. It's also not found in the settings and video plugins section. The specific plugin I'm referring to is Gyroflow. Can anyone assist, please?

Solved problem.... root /Library was the issue

sudo mkdir -p /Library/OFX/Plugins ; open /Library/OFX/Plugins

and than place the plugin there
