What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Opening PyScripter.exe

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see an error message as shown as a screenshot in the attached files.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I've tried v2.4.1.0 and v2.4.4.0, both give the same problems.
Please provide any additional information below.
I've updated my "Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86)"
incase you tell me to do that.

Are you by any chance on a 64bit Windows? Have you got a python 32bit
distribution installed?
