Release pystacknet as a pip package?

It seems that people are having issues with installing your package #9 #8

What about releasing the package as a pip package? Then it will be much easier to use in the cloud, since you could just do !pip install pystacknet and generally also easier on local environments.

You already have a setup.py file, so most of the work is done.
