Incorrect character count when using CW

If you use CW in your post, the number of characters that can be posted is the total of the warning text and the main text. In the official web version, if you enter a warning message, the number of characters that can be entered will be reduced by that amount, and the number of characters that can be entered on the display will also be reduced.

However, in all versions of Fedistar including 1.7.1, the display of the number of remaining characters does not change even if you enter a warning message. The display of the number of characters remaining that can be entered changes only when the main text is entered.

This causes the post to be posted without realizing that it exceeds the maximum number of characters that can be posted, resulting in an error message saying "Posting failed."

Please add a process to check the number of characters remaining that can be entered even when a warning sentence is entered.
