Containerlab Integration Tests in CI

Integrate containerlab in CI to execute all tests, including integration tests which are only run locally.

This will require creating the appropriate images for containerlab.

Containerlab is executing and passing all integration tests locally. Need to integrate into CI now

This requires a self-hosted node, as virtualization isn't enabled in github free runners
