main.js not linked in index.html

Is there a reason why main.js is not linked in index.html?
Even though the file is empty I think it might make sense to include it. People (or at least me for some seconds) might be wondering why their code in main.js isn't working directly.
If this is just a small bug I'd be happy to submit a PR.

Hmmm, it's never been there, even when it was called script.js…weird!
