Remove `tools` folder

I am in favor of removing the tools folder since the mobile bookmarks plugin is nothing that should be support by default.
It is not the code we produce and we should not advice on using it within Mobile Boilerplate IMO. Also we don't maintain any of the code.
Opinions?

+1 to this, there are other more up-to-date plugins people can use for this if they wish.

Ok, I'm going to remove this and add some links to the various plugins that offer this functionality in the docs.
