Enable/disable social sharing buttons

It should be possible, via e.g. Semantics, to disable the display of social media sharing buttons by the administrator (e.g. moodle-Administrator), page-wide. This should make the buttons disappear both in the editor and in the summary page.

Background:
We run one of the largest Moodle instances in the world and do not want our students to be able to post results on social media platforms. In the HVP plugin we have hidden these buttons using CSS. This is of course not really nice.
