Add completed verb when ending video

I did some digging on the interactive video commit history.
I saw that the completed verb used to be in the library, now it is removed.

If I could ask, can the "completed" verb be re-added to the library?

Alternatively, is there an option for manual sending of the completed verb when the video is ended?
