Fullscreen not working correctly for Firefox [Canvas and SCORM].

Using Canvas LMS and the SCORM packaging option. Firefox version is 113.0.1.
When selecting fullscreen the video itself does not take up the full screen but maintains the same dimensions (see screenshot). I have tested this in Safari and Chrome, and while Chrome has some extra spacing, they both do not exhibit this behavior. The most I can see when examining the console is a warning that "mozRequestFullScreen() is deprecated". Also, this occurs whether the video is a Youtube or Panopto video link. If the video is a local file, then fullscreen will open without a menu/scrubbing bar, and will only work once after which it will cease to function (console indicates the video is 'not in a fullscreen state'). Is there something about the Mozilla webkit that is implemented that is causing such a conflict? Fullscreen video is basically unusable for Firefox, which presents a problem for accessible usage.
