The reported version of the distribution is based on the WGDev module, but running wgd -V reports the version of WGDev::Command. This is a confusing inconsistency.

I'm now synchronizing the version numbers of WGDev, WGDev::Command, and WGDev::Command::Base. That resolves this issue.
