The actual web app for edit the eeprom on huawei MA5671A rooted dosen't support the edit of LOID and other setting (see https://hack-gpon.github.io/ont-huawei-ma5671a/ for all settings)
it is therefore necessary to update a tool to read and write the eeprom with also new parameters
