Build addons pages

Build the app addons page at /:app/addons, and the addon management page at /:app/addons/:addon.
As of the making of this issue, the page should look like this, but please double-check the Figma before building this page:
I'm a little iffy on the design of this, so any feedback is welcome. AFAIK the API endpoint for this hasn't been made yet. The delete and wipe data buttons will need a modal similar to the one in #82, so it might be worth waiting on that component or building that first/
