For the Auth System V2 project.

Task for implementing the Get Users and Get User operations for v2 of the API as described in the specification. We should also solve #68 and #39 as part of this task.

Definition of done:

  • Approved and merged PR implementing the Get Users and Get User operations.
  • #68 and #39 resolved.
