On jobs page, have the jobs listing sorted by A-Z instead of by company

If a location filter is specified, it now sorts jobs w/o a position last.
By default, sort by Position Title, then by Organization Name in alpha order.
Drop-down allows user to sort by Organization Name and then Position Title if they want.
