Hook up meta fields in CMS to template

There's a field for the homepage title, meta description, and meta image within the CMS. These are not currently being utilized by the template. Need to update the pug templates to use these fields, ideally falling back to some kind of global default if no value is provided. A global default would be useful for if/when we create additional pages on the site.
