backdrop-filter on challenges page does not work on firefox

"backdrop-filter" is not fully supported by firefox currently and needs to be flagged by user, so the card flip blur effect does not show up on firefox

Added a temporary fix for the blur not working while using firefox, i want opinions on how it looks
(Chrome still has the old style)
