Remove live-site link, start process of archival

Now that we're done, we don't want call-to-actions for live-site anymore. In addition, we probably want to move this to https://2019.mchacks.ca, add a link to https://2018.mchacks.ca, and get a new page for next year (or something-- @krubenok, what's the proper flow for this?)

https://2019.mchacks.ca actually already points to the mchacks6 repo as it is now. I'll go through and change and URL's to link to the 2019. subdomain.

As for the link to 2018.mchacks.ca I believe that is already there. Once we have a 2020 site placeholder we can add a link to go up a year.
