Add clearer instructions for Windows users

Closed this issue · 1 comments

Windows users will typically use PuttyGen to generate their keys, and will also not generally have a folder ~/.ssh. PuttyGen keys need to be converted to OpenSSH format.

Create instructions for generating OpenSSH keys from PuttyGen, and essential instructions for naming the keys and where to put these.
