Odd rotations on some animations

Occasionally blender will interpolate incorrectly between frames. This is noticeable on SQUEAKYTOY_PV.ABC
's idle 1 and 2 animation. Where the toy's arm rotates counter clockwise, instead of clockwise.

This is indeed blender's interpolation. I export animations on actual keyframes, I don't bake the animation. So Lithtech games will display it correctly. I should still try and figure out why blender is being weird.
