OS Detect Extension(s)

Default Windows vs Mac vs Linux is working correctly.
No known issues with PASSIVE_WINDOWS_DETECT extension as of current.
Not all operating systems are correctly identified using the default OS_DETECT extension in certain cases when ADVANCED_DETECTION is enabled.
Fix is in the works; consider this acknowledgement / warning for those trying to use it without any modification for the time being
If you encounter issues please report:
- what mode you're using the extension in (advanced or "basic")
- what target OS and version is affected and what the extension reports the target OS as
- debug output by using the debug flags within the extension itself if possible
Please note that not all OS versions may detect reliably as some operating systems (specifically Apple) change their behavior frequently
Here is my report, based on what I can get my hands on at this time (Windows 10/11 22H1, MacOS Ventura 13.1, iPadOS 16.3.1, ChromeOS 107, Arch Linux (kernel 6.2), OxygenOS 13 (kernel 5.4) and Android 13 (4.19)). They are sorted by Advanced Detect, followed by Basic Detect.
