when ubuntu completes copying files and installation it brings me to a black screen with text at the top saying something along these lines integrity:security violated (Lenovo Ideapad S145) and i restart it with power button and boots in windows automatically any ideas

when ubuntu completes copying files and installation it brings me to a black screen with text at the top saying something along these lines integrity:security violated (Lenovo Ideapad S145)

There are always some warnings but in most cases it is only the known issues from release notes

  • Manual reboot is necessary after second part of installation.

So a reboot should solve that issue.

i restart it with power button and boots in windows automatically

If it boots into Windows automatically, it is necessary to select "Ubuntu" from UEFI boot menu. see here

There is only an one-time automatic boot into Ubuntu. That should avoid an endless boot into a possible not working Ubuntu. So it is always possible to boot into a working Windows.
