Zorin OS installation doesn't proceed as intended

I'm using wubi 2204r345, everything works well till I reboot my PC, It shows me a dialogue saying

I'm using 16.1 Core 64-bit ISO

The installer has detected that the following disks have mounted partitions:

/dev/sda/

Do you want the installer to try and unmount the partitions on these disks
before continuing? If you leave them mounted, you will not be able to create,
delete, or resize partitions on these disks, but you may be able to install
to existing partitions there.

When I click yes to unmount, it tells me I've windows 10 installed and provides me the disk manager to re-partition. The installation doesn't proceed automatically to root.disk as intended.

Try install with version 20.04.4 r344 instead, that should be work

Thanks! r344 works perfectly with Zorin ISO. I'd a thought of trying different version
