Currently more of a placeholder Issue for a lot of functionality

Displaying Waveform, if possible, also play position
Cutting of sample
Copy & paste (Analysis of Protracker sample editor behaviour needs to be done)
Setting loop points
Change volume (most important: normalize) of sample
Resampling (half, double frequency)
