Package installer for Mac?

Hm, I did not see this relevant to the "target group" using macosvpn. I believe sysadmins or hobby-automators are the people who use this tool and I can't see why they would want a package installer – due to security concerns. I would say the majority of the people using this are compiling the application themselves.
Could you expand a little bit on the use-case? Homebrew seems quite intuitive to me, but I'm willing to be challenged :)
It'd be nice to have a pkg for installing using an MDM, though the curl method works.
I'm wondering if there is any way this could be automated using Github actions. But I suspect I'll have to use my private Apple ID key for signing the package (?). Generally I'm not against providing a package.
