"How do I monban?"

First you invite 7 minotaurs to a party. Then you get them really drunk and convince them to play spin the bottle with each other (you sit this one out, trust me). While they are distracted you hire some of your good friends to build a giant maze around them. Eventually they'll sober up and after realizing what they've been doing they'll have to dispose of each other in order to hide any evidence, eventually there will be only one left and he'll try to leave the maze. This is where monban ("gatekeeper") steps in and tells him no he cannot leave. Eventually Theseus will show up and the minotaur is going to have a bad time. The moral of the story is you should have stopped reading this long ago.
