como soluciono el error de la imagen?
estoy escribiendo correctamente el correo y contraseña de mi cuenta premium
The response from Crunchyroll indicates that you have invalid login details.
You can only check if the login details are correct.
I also have that problem and I am writing the email and password correctly

I did some test which have only shown behavior that is to be expected from Crunchyroll.

i removed the video and the image from the previus post for security reasons.
i would still suggest to change the password and email just to be secure.
that said i tryed the credentails from the video and it works for both the new test and a download.
this also means i have no idea whats wrong since the error message from Crunchyroll is wrong but the method of the downloader works for probably >99% of users (otherwise hell would break loose here).
Friend, I tell you that I tried it on another computer, rather on a laptop, and I still have the error.
Unfortunately I cannot change the password since I bought the account from a cheaper third party.

While I did look into alternatives for login in (TV code login) Crunchyroll decided to DRM the last known working API so the downloader is not working anymore and most likely never will again.
I mark this as won't fix since there is no reason anymore.
