Possible case of stalling

I don't know if this is a problem, but some configurations run for a lot of time, with no end in sight. One such set of parameters is this -

In this particular system the semisecular regime was entered, and the problem was that the subsequent time steps imposed on MSTAR were very short. This should now have been resolved (ae2a556).
