A wireless plant pot monitor built with ESP32 and sensors.

Hardware list:
- ESP32 MCU
- TSL2561 Luminosity Sensor
- BMP 280 Barometric Pressure & Altitude Sensor
- Capacitive soil moisture sensor
- A prototype circuit board
The MCU connects to WiFi, so any phone and computers on the same WiFi can access the monitor page.
The IP is set to be 192.168.0.30
It can be changed in the arduino code.
