Look into simplifying winding/handedness

It would be nice, if...
- ...coordinate systems were always right-handed.
- ...the winding of exterior cycles was always counter-clockwise on the front of a face.
Unfortunately, both are not the case, and this needs to be handled in too many places.

It would be great to come up with a solution for this, as that would simplify this aspect of Fornjot.
