I was wondering what the likelyhood of a release for 10.3 would be?

Thank you for your interest! Updating the tool to 10.3 should not take much effort. But my school has not updated their ArcGIS to 10.3 yet and I have no access to ArcObject 10.3. So at this moment we have to wait.
