URI Schemes are not opened in appropriate app.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open a link with a special scheme such as rtsp://, itms:// itpc:// etc.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Instead of opening the appropriate app, it shows "Web page not available".
In the default Android browser, it opens the link in the appropriate app.
